GL EVENTS VENUES opens a Global Sales Office in London

Since 2002 GL events has been present in the UK, the group is reinforcing its presence in the UK with the opening of its first overseas Sales office representing the entire network of Venues.

At the Heart of the European MICE Industry

It is well accepted that the leading multinational corporations in sectors such as technology, telecom, automobile and finance, have entrusted their event requirements to professional agencies, namely British, to organise corporate events, conventions, product launches. Renowned for their creative flair, the UK based agencies constitute a major hub of the events industry especially in London as it serves the whole of the European continent.

Armed with an expansive network of conference centres in Europe, GL events Venues strives to further enhance its offer with a premium service especially tailored for the UK markets’ leading event agencies. To that effect, the launch of the London based office is a testament to our desire to invest in these key relationships for the long term and be recognised as a solid partner for our clients events needs in Europe.

We understood that a crucial element was speed; customers value a conference centres capacity to respond swiftly and comprehensively to a client’s request for information on the Venue.  Therefore, it seemed natural to offer one point of contact dedicated to nurturing relationships and providing the capability to offer a service level that understands what is expected by leading UK agencies.

Efficiency gains for our customers

In order to offer the right solution to their customers, the agencies require thorough knowledge of the destinations, quick response on availability for the requested dates and fast turn around on proposals. In order to do this they consult an array of suppliers.

Our Sales office enables us to offer a holistic view on our Venues calendars, prices and other value add benefits in prime MICE destinations such as Barcelona, Paris, Brussels, Nice but also destinations such as Budapest, The Hague, Lyon, Turin, Istanbul less known by the organisers.

Furthermore, we are tailoring packages for agencies that chose to develop long term partnership agreements with GL events Venues. Beyond the large choice of venues, the customer can benefit from a comprehensive array of solutions for their event requirements.
